Description We are looking for an experienced Bilingual (Spanish) Warehouse Lead to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. You will implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and increase the company’s overall market share. Schedule: Sunday to Friday Start Time: 7am-Finish Pay rate: $24 Benefits: Health Insurance- after 30 days PTO- (accrual starts from day 1, but cannot be used until day 90) 401K- after 180 days (6 months) On-demand pay Requirements · Desire to build an amazing team · Have a positive, solution-focused, attitude · Must undergo a background check · Must pass a drug test · Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor · Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
