SUMMARY:

This position is designed for a certified special education teacher fluent in Spanish who will deliver instruction to students with IEPs in a self-contained setting. The role requires collaboration with educators, families, and service providers to design and implement personalized, culturally responsive learning experiences. The teacher is responsible for developing IEP goals, differentiating curriculum, and monitoring academic and social-emotional growth in a bilingual setting.

EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED:

• Illinois PEL with LBS1 and Bilingual (BSPA) endorsement, or ELS (TBE) with TLP Spanish
• Fluency in spoken and written Spanish
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs
• Strong command of Google Classroom, WIDA standards, and Common Core
• Ability to differentiate instruction and analyze student data to guide teaching
