Description

Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Customer Service Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction as well as stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Customer Service Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals. This is part time working at Multiple locations, starting at $19/HR Store #3827, located at: 3118 Denvershire Dr, Belleville, 62221. Store #3438, located at: 3270 Green Mountain Crossing Dr., Shiloh, 62269 Store #8476, located at: 6572 N. IL Hwy. 159, Fairview Heights, 62208 Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
