Description Store Sales Manager (Bilingual - English and Spanish) Blue Fig USA is seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Store Sales Manager fluent in English and Spanish to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily store operations, including sales activities, customer service, inventory management, and employee scheduling - Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service - Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly targets - Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming environment - Provide personalized assistance to customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction - Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment - Implement promotional strategies and merchandising standards - Lead by example to motivate staff and foster a positive team culture - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Skills and Qualifications: - Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) - Proven experience in retail sales and store management - Strong leadership and team-building skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems - Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service - Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed - High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or management training is a plus At Blue Fig USA, we value diversity, innovation, and continuous growth. Requirements EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred. Retail sales management or customer service management experience. Proven leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.
