We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive performance, and ensure our customers receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service. - Provide ongoing training and development to sales associates to improve their sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement skills. - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to effectively inform and assist customers. - Foster a positive, motivating, and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance. - Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and implement strategies to optimize sales results. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. - Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of sales staff. Skills and Qualifications: - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal) is required. - Proven experience in sales management, preferably in retail or telecommunications. - Strong leadership and team-building skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve goals. - Knowledge of sales techniques, customer service principles, and industry trends. - Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans. - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. - Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. Retail sales management or customer service management experience. Proven leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.
