POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Subrogation Manager to lead our subrogation department, overseeing the recovery of liens and claims for personal injury cases. This role involves direct management of subrogation specialists, ensuring efficient processes and outcomes. The Subrogation Manager will handle complex cases involving Medicare, Medi-Cal, VA, and private insurance billing, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and maximizing recovery for clients.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in subrogation, lien resolution, or personal injury case management.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal, VA, and private insurance billing and subrogation processes.

SKILLS:

  • Exceptional negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in legal and medical billing software and tools.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Law, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Certification in subrogation or related areas is a plus.
