As a Bilingual Substitute Teacher (French), you’ll create an engaging learning environment, deliver lesson plans, and support students in mastering both subject matter and language skills. What You’ll Be Doing Deliver pre-planned lessons or adapt as needed to keep students engaged. Foster a positive learning environment where students feel encouraged and challenged. Adapt instruction to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Communicate clearly and professionally with students, staff, and parents. Maintain a structured and respectful classroom, ensuring a smooth transition for students. What We’re Looking For Bilingual fluency in French & English (required). Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Teaching certification/license (preferred but not required). Passion for education with strong classroom management skills. Ability to adapt quickly and bring energy into any classroom. Prior teaching experience is a plus but not a dealbreaker.
