The Systems Engineer is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of technology solutions aimed at enhancing the efficiency of logistics operations. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration, reliable application support, and effective data management throughout the supply chain.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and implement technology solutions to optimize logistics processes
• Prepare user requirements, functional and technical specifications, design documentation, and go-live plans
• Develop and implement system integrations (API, ETL, EDI)
• Monitor the performance of IT systems related to logistics and recommend continuous improvements audits
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to implement new technologies

Requirements:

• 3+ years of systems/infrastructure engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in related (IT, Comp science, etc)
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
