Responsibilities:

• Leveraging creative strategies to source and pipeline top talent using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, email, and Zoom.
• Conducting candidate outreach and screening in both English and French.
• Interviewing candidates and assessing their qualifications for both current and future opportunities.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and potential candidates.
• Communicating our client’s value proposition clearly and persuasively.
• Staying informed about industry trends and sharing insights with your team.
• Attending recruitment events and representing our client’s brand.

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• Fluency in French and English - verbal and written.
• 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, technical, or retail industries.
• Experience with ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Familiarity with Canadian employment law and best practices.
