Midland Transport is currently seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to be based preferably at Head Office in Dieppe, NB. The selected candidate will be sourcing and attracting qualified candidates for vacant positions. The selected candidate will be a reliable person with a strong work ethic, positive attitude and strong commitment to providing Superior Quality Service.

• Source, screen, test and facilitate interviews for selected candidates
• Manage the hiring process from creating a job posting, maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for key roles and developing external/internal strategic relationships for key roles
• Work with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to fill vacancies and support succession planning
• Assist Driver Services with the planning and preparation of driver files and ensuring it is compliance with company requirements and procedures
• Leveraging job posting sites, tools and employment agencies to source quality candidates at the best cost
• Follow corporate HR recruitment procedures and policie
