Type: Contract | Day Shift
Location: Fully Remote (Applicants must be based in Colombia)
Work Hours: Part-Time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM Colombia Time

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related HR role, preferably in creative or tech sectors.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced remote environment
Responsibilities
  • Strategize and execute recruitment plans to meet staffing requirements.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to develop a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Screen applicants through resumes, assessments, and interviews.
  • Guide the interview, selection, and onboarding process.
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
