Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and support a team of Customer Service Representatives to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Monitor daily operations, queue volumes, and service levels to ensure timely and accurate customer interactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries across all communication channels (phone, email, chat), as needed.
  • Act as the point of escalation for complex or sensitive customer issues.
  • Provide regular feedback, coaching and performance evaluations to team members.
  • Develop training materials and conduct onboarding for new team members.
  • Identify process gaps and collaborate with management to implement improvements
