ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently looking for a full-time Bilingual Technical Account Manager (French and English) to join our team and cover our Eastern Canada sales territory (from the Province of Quebec to and including the Maritime Provinces), based in Montreal, Quebec.
You will manage our diverse portfolio through a self-managed and flexible mix of on-site client/supplier meetings, work from home option, and occasional office visits in Mississauga, ON. Montreal residence is preferable; however, we will also offer flexibility for candidates who currently reside in the Ottawa/Gatineau area, with eventual relocation to Montreal.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting effective strategies to acquire new customers and upsell to existing customers
  • Prospecting regularly to determine opportunities within the territory covered
  • Increasing the market share and presence for our outstanding portfolio of key suppliers (e.g., Teledyne LeCroy, TDK Lambda, Pacific Power, Form Factor, InTest, Hioki etc.)
  • Achieving sales targets through the sale of products and services, to new and existing customers
  • Maintaining a consistent sales funnel through efficient prospecting strategies
  • Managing and tracking opportunities with monthly forecasting
  • Being responsible for maintaining an up-to-date CRM / ERP system
  • Developing long-term relationships with customers as well as the development of account plans for new relationships
  • Representing ACA TMetrix’s products through direct, face-to-face contact with customers, trade associations, and related markets
  • Providing product guidance through advanced technical knowledge and training
