ABOUT THE ROLE
The incumbent will contribute to our organizations success by bringing their exceptional customer centric experience, love for advancing technology and the ability to help promote products and services to existing, new or potential customers.
THE DUTIES
· Inbound calls and emails to deliver customer intelligence.
· Provide excellent customer service on all calls.
· Become an expert with the company technology programs.
· Take appropriate action to efficiently resolves issues.
· Receive and incorporate feedback to improve personal and business performance.
· Connect and build rapport with existing and new customers and their changing needs.
· Efficiently enter data into company software program.
· Logging items and issues into a ticketing system.
· Handled call in a timely and professional manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
· Provide email support to the customers for setting up email accounts, setup forwarding, password reset and troubleshooting emails accounts.
· Support Customers using Mail gun Relay service which provides real time email tracking, email analytics, Logs to diagnose the delivery failure and email address validation to improve Brokers mailing list.
