JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Technical Support to join our team. This role involves delivering hands-on support for IT hardware and software, device imaging, asset refreshes, and standard troubleshooting tasks. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English & French), comfortable working with Windows 11, and has experience in end-user technical support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1–2 years of relevant technical support experience.
  • Strong experience with laptops and Windows 11.
  • Bilingual (English & French) communication skills required.
  • CompTIA A+ and Windows 11 certifications are highly preferred.
  • Associate degree, technical diploma, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Proven ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to reliably commute to the onsite location daily.
    Job Type: Fixed term contract
    Contract length: 6 months
    Pay: $19.00-$20.50 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Provide courteous and responsive technical support to end users.
  • Handle various IT support tasks, including moves, asset refreshes, disaster recovery, installations, de-installations, re-imaging, and testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues based on service ticket requests.
  • Perform device imaging and refurbishment as part of deployment or refresh projects.
  • Support inventory movement between shipping, receiving, storage, and imaging work areas.
  • Conduct device repairs as needed during refurbishment.
  • Coordinate outbound device shipments and manage inbound returns.
  • Carry out standard asset swaps and refreshes, including scheduling users and managing logistics.
  • Deliver excellent interpersonal and customer service in all support interactions.
