REQUIREMENTS:

  • College diploma or certified technician, with experience in construction, heavy equipment, agricultural, or compact equipment service.
  • Fluent in French written and spoken.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with hydraulic, electrical, engine, and transmission systems.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office and Lotus Notes.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

    PJ1 Compensation:

  • $105,000 annual base salary

  • 15% annual performance bonus.
  • 100% employer-paid benefits package.
  • 7% employer-matched pension plan.
  • 3 weeks’ vacation plus 7 personal/sick days.

Shifts:

Responsibilities
  • Provide dealers, customers, and internal staff with technical support for hydraulic and electrical systems, gas and diesel engines, and transmission systems.
  • Assist dealer technicians and field staff via phone, email, online platforms, and training seminars.
  • Maintain and update dealer and internal databases with the latest factory and vendor technical information.
  • Issue service bulletins, field campaigns, technical tips, and service reports.
  • Support warranty claim processing from submission to resolution.
  • Track and document product concerns, maintaining technical logs and issuing flash reports.
  • Inspect recalled equipment or parts and recommend product improvements to engineering and vendors.
  • Prepare and deliver technical service training sessions.
