POSITION OVERVIEW • Outpatient telehealth-focused Family Nurse Practitioner opportunity serving a diverse Los Angeles patient population • Deliver primary care services within a collaborative, mission-driven clinical model • Work from the Highland Park clinic location while providing virtual patient care support • Practice in a high-demand environment focused on access, continuity, and preventative care WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY STANDS OUT • Earning potential up to $197,000 annually • Monday through Friday schedule with no nights or weekend call • Approved NHSC scholar site with federal and state loan repayment eligibility • Strong work-life balance in an outpatient-only setting • Mission-driven organization serving underserved communities • Comprehensive malpractice coverage including nose and tail coverage • Growth and advancement opportunities within the organization SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL • Monday through Friday schedule • No nights • No weekends • No call responsibilities • Telehealth-focused outpatient care model • Approximately 35–40 patient encounters daily CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide outpatient primary care services through a telehealth platform • Conduct comprehensive assessments in both English and Spanish without interpreter assistance • Manage acute and chronic medical conditions across the lifespan • Coordinate patient care, treatment plans, education, and follow-up services • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Hourly compensation: $80–$87/hour based on experience • Federal and state loan repayment eligibility • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance • Malpractice insurance with nose and tail coverage • Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time • CME paid time off and stipend • 403(b) retirement plan • Growth and advancement opportunities Requirements • Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner REQUIRED • Active California Nurse Practitioner license REQUIRED • Active and unrestricted DEA REQUIRED • Master of Science in Nursing REQUIRED • Minimum 1 year of post-training NP or PA experience REQUIRED • Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED — must independently conduct full patient assessments without interpreter support • Telehealth and outpatient primary care experience strongly preferred Not ready to formally apply?
