HIRING IMMEDIATELY – BILINGUAL TRAVEL SALES MANAGER (FLIGHTS & CRUISES & TOURS FOCUS)

Languages Needed: Korean, Chinese, or Vietnamese (Fluent in English as well)
Location: In-Person, Artesia, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Weekend availability a plus)
Pay: Base salary based on experience

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent in English + Korean, Chinese, or Vietnamese
  • Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
  • Proven experience in travel sales preferred (especially cruises & tours)
  • Strong knowledge of cruise lines, tour packages, and global destinations
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and closing skills
  • Familiarity with SABRE or willingness to learn quickly
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lead-rich environment
  • Passion for travel and helping others explore the world
Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As a Bilingual Travel Sales Manager, you will manage warm inbound leads from social media, email, and our website, turning them into booked vacations and loyal clients. Your primary focus will be on selling cruises, tours, flights, and custom travel packages.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work inbound leads and conduct travel consultations to create customized itineraries
  • Book tours, cruises, flights, luxury resorts, and vacation packages
  • Manage bookings using SABRE GDS (training provided if needed)
  • Stay updated on cruise lines, tour operators, and trending destinations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with personalized service
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing to share deals relevant to your market
  • Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and handle all bookings/documentation professionally
