CoreBridge Solutions is looking for a talented Bilingual UX Designer to join our remote team. In this part-time role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to create user-centered designs that enhance our digital products. Your work will directly influence the user experience, ensuring our interfaces are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with our high standards of excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven Success in UX Design: Demonstrated success in creating user-centered designs with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
• Relevant Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Strong Skills in Design Tools: Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar platforms.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders and team members.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to translate user needs into effective design solutions.

• Conduct User Research: Gather and analyze user feedback through interviews, surveys, and usability tests to guide design decisions.
• Develop Wireframes and Prototypes: Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and user flow diagrams to communicate design concepts and test usability.
• Design User Interfaces: Design visually appealing and functional user interfaces that enhance user experience and align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.
• Iterate and Improve Designs: Continuously refine designs based on user feedback and testing results to optimize usability and effectiveness.
• Stay Current with Trends: Keep up with the latest UX design trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the table.
