OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and transportation management practices.
• Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and warehouse management systems is essential.
• Proven ability to lead teams effectively while promoting a positive work environment.
• Experience with budgeting and financial planning related to warehouse operations is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.

• Assist in managing warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes.
• Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and guidance to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and reducing costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in procurement processes to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track orders, manage inventory, and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as industry regulations.
• Participate in budgeting activities related to warehouse operations and logistics.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing lean practices within the warehouse environment.
