Adecco is currently hiring for a Bilingual Warranty Parts Return Center Specialist to work full-time hours for our client located in Ajax ON. In this role you will be reporting to the Warranty Parts Return Team lead, you will also provide direction and support to clients, field staff, and corporate employees to ensure that warranty data is correctly submitted, reviewed, and paid in a timely manner. Responsible for all tasks associated with analysis, review, adjusting, and payment of warranty claims. You will work collaboratively with the Warranty Parts Return Centre (WPRC) team, product support, quality engineers, suppliers, factories, and technical quality managers to manage the parts logistics flow and provide guidance on the Parts Request Process, warranty systems, and warranty parts claim coding to corporate employees and field employees.

  • Location: Ajax ON
  • Pay rate: $26/hour
  • Availability Required: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Job type: 6-month contract | Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-authorize and assess all paint and corrosion repair claims.
  • Determine warranty applicability (e.g., manufacturer defect vs. external influence).
  • Evaluate repairs based on our client’s Importer Agreement and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Review and store repair documentation for future claim validation.
  • Liaise with Product Support to develop technical and warranty bulletins.
  • Ensure proper claim coding and adherence to all repair/warranty standards.
  • Assess validity of sublet parts, labour, and loaners.
  • Communicate decisions to dealership personnel.
  • Track and manage claims using Access Database.
  • Review, release, and adjust flagged claims.
  • Apply expert knowledge to determine chargebacks and claim outcomes.
  • Ensure efficient communication between After Sales departments.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Technical Diploma in Automotive (Associate or College Degree preferred).
  • 3-5 years’ experience in one of the following:
  • Auto Insurance Adjuster
  • Auto Body Collision Estimator
  • Dealership Service Consultant with Collision/Corrosion experience
  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
  • Familiarity with Audatex and Mitchell software.
  • Strong knowledge of bodywork cost and repair assessments.
  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
