Benefits: Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development POSITION OVERVIEW PuroClean of Lawrenceville/Chamblee is hiring a Bilingual Water Damage & Assessment Technician who can perform field assessments, demolition, and hands-on mitigation work. This technician will work directly with customers, perform initial inspections, document the loss, and run stabilization jobs independently once trained. You MUST be able to perform physical labor, communicate professionally with customers, and support our mitigation manager during assessments and job execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform on-site water, fire, and mold assessments following company guidelines and insurance SLAs Conduct demolition (drywall removal, flooring removal, cabinets, baseboards, etc.) Complete detailed moisture mapping, daily readings, and Encircle documentation Set up and monitor mitigation equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.) Communicate job scope clearly to customers and team members Assist in running jobs independently when required Participate in on-call rotation Follow all IICRC, safety, and PuroClean standards REQUIREMENTS Must be bilingual English/Spanish Experience with restoration or construction/demolition required Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in PPE Strong communication and customer-service skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Professional, reliable, and strong work ethic COMPENSATION & BENEFITS $23–$25 per hour depending on experience Overtime opportunities On-call bonuses Career advancement with a fast-growing office IICRC certification training provided WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?
