ABOUT THE ROLE The Bilingual Work Readiness Facilitator will join us in shaping futures by equipping Work Readiness Program participants with the essential skills and support needed to meet departmental outcomes. This role plays a key part in closing the skills gap, empowering candidates to successfully transition into meaningful employment. JOB DESCRIPTION Organize and oversee training schedules for upcoming cohorts. Prepare and submit timely daily and final training reports with accurate trainee data and insights for each cohort. Support and further English / French acceleration and work behaviours. Support curriculum lead with feedback to improve the training program. Conduct continual analysis of the Programme, providing feedback for improvements and changes. Assist with the development of curriculum, and with the adjustment/amendments to curriculum. Ensure 100% employment journey completion for every self-placed trainee in each cohort. Consistently meet or exceed monthly performance expectations by delivering on deadlines, quality standards, and KPIs, with proactive communication to your manager. Coach and mentor young people on the programme to transform their skills and behaviours such that they are ready to enter a BPO environment. Follow up on the trainee employment journey up to 90 days post-training. Provide CV reviews and conduct mock interviews to enhance trainees' personal branding and interviewing skills. Additional duties as assigned by your manager. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree or advanced diploma in any field. Minimum of 2 years working experience in youth facilitation. Enthusiastic about empowering youth. Fluency (Minimum of a B2 CEFR spoken and written) in both English & French.
