With innovation at our core and a commitment to quality, we are looking for a focused and driven individual to join our team as a BOM Specialist. Position Summary: The BOM Specialist is responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing Bills of Materials (BOMs) that support the production of high-quality RVs. This role serves as a key link between engineering, purchasing, production, and inventory teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of product data. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain BOMs for all assigned RV models and floorplans in accordance with company standards. Translate engineering drawings, options lists, prints, and product changes into accurate BOMs. Ensure BOMs reflect correct part numbers, quantities, revisions, and configurations. Collaborate with design, engineering, purchasing, and production teams to resolve discrepancies. Manage changes through an internal change control process (PCNs, TD’s, etc.). Assist with the launch of new models and floorplans by creating prototype BOMs and supporting production readiness. Identify and correct errors that affect production efficiency or material accuracy. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to BOM accuracy and structure. Maintain system integrity by adhering to BOM and data entry best practices. Requirements Qualifications: Previous experience in manufacturing or engineering data entry; RV or automotive industry experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems preferred but not required. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and materials. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fast changing, deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other standard office software. Other Preferred Qualifications: Experience with product configuration. Knowledge of RV componentry and construction practices.
