Charter Steel, located in Cleveland, OH is hiring a night shift Billet Conditioner. Role Available: Billet Conditioner (Melt Shop): A fast-paced role that requires the use of torches, jackhammers, crane and forklift operations. Schedule: Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12-hour shifts) • Rotating schedule: 5 nights on / 2 nights off / 2 nights on / 5 nights off Production Team Members: Starting Pay is $23.50/ hour PLUS $2.25/ hour night shift premium = $25.75/ hour We pay weekly! Excellent benefits and advancement opportunities Family owned, stable and growing company- putting safety first On the job training MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. If you do not have it, we will require that you enroll in our GED Works program.
