YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

• Create and send invoices to customers
• Record and process customer payments
• Track overdue accounts and follow up on payments
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing issues
• Work with dispatch/operations to ensure accurate billing
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide customer support
• Take work orders from customers and enter them into the system
• Assist with general office/admin duties as needed

  Pay: From $20.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 per week
