K.G. Reid Trenching and Construction Ltd. is a leading utility and trenching contractor serving Ontario’s infrastructure sector. We are currently seeking a Billing & Administrative Clerk to join our office team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting both billing and payroll entry functions in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in billing, invoicing, payroll entry, or administrative roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the construction or utility sector is an asset
  • Knowledge of accounting or payroll software is considered an advantage

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist with job costing and track billing for multiple ongoing projects
  • Perform data entry for payroll, including tracking hours and job codes

  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding billing and documentation
  • Provide general administrative support to project managers and office staff
