POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Administrator to join our Calgary team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and complete billing for services provided across various operational lines. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset. This is a key support role within the Operations team, working closely with operations, sales, and dispatch to ensure accurate invoice and revenue recognition.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • 4-5 years of experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or administrative finance roles.
  • Experience in waste management, construction, logistics, or service-based industries is a strong asset.
  • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and billing software (experience with TRUX or ERP systems preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in accounting, business, or administration is an asset.
