JOB DESCRIPTION: Associate is responsible for overseeing production entry and problem resolution for billing related challenges. Primary Responsibility * All Billing for ResinTech and Aries Filterworks for the main office & all satellite locations. * All Billing for Lab Services; will work with Inside and Outside Lab Sales for Resin & Water Analysis. * Troubleshoot all Corporate Billing issues to ensure accuracy. * Interact with Customers Service & Shipping Departments to resolve billing related issues. * Conduct account research and analysis, as needed for escalated billing issues. * Actively monitor the Billing & Corporate Billing inboxes daily and troubleshoot as needed. * Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately. Secondary Responsibility: * Assist Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with daily tasks as needed, including but not limited to vendor invoice entry, freight bill trouble shooting, cash receipt application, etc. * Perform data entry and clerical duties for finance department. Qualifications and Education Requirements * 3+ years of office experience * High school diploma required, coursework in accounting a plus * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Must have strong work ethics, be well organized and self-starter. * Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable * Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Excel and Word.  MAS 90/Sage 100 experience is a plus * Strong problem-solving skills, time management skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills * Ability to interact with employees and customers in a professional manner * Ability to prioritize and work independently and with a team in a fast paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness work environment * Office setting
