Our client in Edmonton is seeking a Billing Administrator for a contract role. The ideal candidate has experience handling high-volume invoicing, AR collections, and supporting month-end processes across multiple projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years of experience in a similar billing/accounts receivable role
Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Proficient in Excel and experienced with Jonas ERP
Strong attention to detail, self-organization, and tech-savviness
Available to start immediately

Responsibilities

Process accounts receivable and billing
Manage collections (email and phone) for builder accounts
Support with reconciliations and expense reporting
Assist with mid-to-month-end reporting
Work with inventory-related billing
Export and analyze data using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
Ad-hoc duties as requested
