T.F. Andrew is a family-owned flooring solutions company providing property managers, developers and business owners best in class flooring products and services for over 42 years. We sell, install and maintain hardwood, tile, carpet, laminate and vinyl in 26 states and are the 10th largest flooring provider in the USA.
Our company is currently hiring a Billing Administrator who will work alongside Billing and Accounting Department for the Metro NY and Northeast markets. We are searching for a versatile candidate who is an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills.
The Billing Administrator is responsible for reviewing open orders that are ready for customer invoicing. This role ensures that all eligible orders are billed in a timely and accurate manner, resolving any issues that may delay the invoicing process. Key responsibilities include verifying pricing and sales tax accuracy, working closely with sales representatives and scheduling coordinators at the assigned location, and addressing any obstacles that impact billing. Additionally, the Billing Administrator will upload finalized invoices to the designated electronic database used by property management or customer systems.

Responsibilities
