KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare regular reports on billing activities and discrepancies for management review.
  • Generate month-end sales ledger reports.
  • Analyse billing data to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring accurate charges.
  • Assist transactional billing teams with invoicing preparation and client/contract setups.
  • Provide client support regarding billing inquiries, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain billing accuracy.
  • Address customer complaints and questions professionally.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and transactions.
  • Assist with customer account reconciliations.
  • Prepare and present analytical reports.
  • Support monthly and quarterly audits and clean-ups.
  • Resolve any billing issues or mistakes efficiently.
