Role Description
The Billing Analyst is responsible for all aspects of customer data integrity related to invoicing, customer communications, month-end transactions, account reconciliations and special projects. Success in this role requires strong Excel skills, sharp attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving problems.

  • Maintains client records related to invoicing and bill payment
  • Investigates and responds to billing discrepancies
  • Provides excellent customer service to internal and external clients
  • Assists with month-end closing duties
  • Provides supporting documentation for audits
  • Other duties as assigned

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND IMPACT

  • High School diploma required, associate’s degree preferred
  • 1+ years billing experience preferred
  • Strong Excel skills are essential, including experience with pivot tables, lookups, and data reconciliation
  • Proficient in data entry and management
  • Ability to communicate with account holders in a courteous manner
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems/issues, gather data and information, evaluate, and recommend alternative solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing and focusing on responsibilities
  • Ability to adapt in a positive manner to changing priorities and to remain calm in fast-paced environment
