Position Summary The Biller is responsible for the accurate and timely generation of customer invoices, ensuring billing aligns with contractual terms, pricing schedules, and internal policies. This role plays a critical part in revenue accuracy, customer satisfaction, and downstream accounts receivable processes. Key Responsibilities Generate and issue customer invoices in accordance with contracts, billing schedules, and pricing agreements Ensure billing accuracy across products, services, subscriptions, and usage-based charges Review contracts, sales orders, and system data to validate billing inputs Maintain billing records and ensure data integrity within billing and finance systems Process billing adjustments, credits, rebills, and corrections as required Respond to internal and external billing enquiries in a timely and professional manner Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Accounts Receivable teams to resolve billing discrepancies Support month-end billing cycles and contribute to revenue reconciliation processes Identify and escalate billing issues, system gaps, or process inefficiencies Assist with audits and provide billing documentation when required Adhere to internal controls, compliance requirements, and company policies Skills & Experience 3+ years previous experience in billing. Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Ability to interpret contracts, pricing schedules, and billing rules Preferable with knowledge using Netsuite and Salesforce but not essential Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including basic formulas and reconciliations) Strong organisational and time-management skills Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment About Us From the day we opened our doors, MRI Software has built flexible, game-changing real estate software that powers thriving communities and helps make the world a better place to live, work and play.
