JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Billing Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy in accounts payable, and utilising accounting software to analyse financial data. This role requires strong attention to detail and proficiency in various financial systems, including PeopleSoft and QuickBooks.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service communication.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or financial services is advantageous but not essential.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients regarding billing inquiries.
