QUALIFICATIONS FOR BILLING COORDINATOR:

• 5 plus years of billing experience in a professional services environment
• Experience with Deltek Software
• Computer skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Fast Paced worker

• Prepare itemized invoices
• Manage the full cycle Billing Process
• Keep track of electronic invoicing for key clients
• Maintain incoming cases, closing cases, and perform conflict checks
• Updating client guidelines
