Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in billing operations, AR, or reconciliation roles (experience in ASO/HCM/PEO billing strongly preferred). Hands-on experience with billing systems (Zuora, Oracle Billing), Salesforce (SFDC), and payment gateways. Exposure to Looker Analytics or other BI/reporting tools is a plus. Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; ability to analyze and present data clearly. Solid understanding of subscription billing models, payroll billing, and non-recurring charges. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams. Perform reconciliations between Wells Fargo Bank, CyberSource (payment gateway), and Zuora Billing System. Manage and process refunds and reimbursements accurately and within SLA timelines. Handle and resolve customer billing-related queries, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Monitor and resolve failed payments (ACH, card, and other payment methods). Support month-end close activities by providing timely and accurate responses to Accounting team queries with proper justifications. Handle billing exceptions when the system fails to generate automated invoices. Create Sales Orders (SO) in Salesforce (SFDC) by analyzing payroll data for both on-cycle and off-cycle billing. Manage subscriptions and amendments in Oracle Billing, ensuring billing accuracy and compliance with contracts. Maintain and update pricing lists within Oracle Billing. Gain working knowledge of PEO-related products (Time & Attendance, Strategic Services, Net Time tools) to ensure proper billing. Provide billing-related support during contract reviews and ensure alignment with financial terms. Identify manual and repetitive billing tasks and drive simplification/automation opportunities. Prepare and distribute management reports on refunds, reimbursements, reconciliations, subscription changes, and query handling. Utilize Looker Analytics (or similar tools) to analyze data, build dashboards, and provide insights to management. Work in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable office work setting.
