JOB OPENING The Montenegro team currently has an opening for a Billing and Customer Service Support position. This role is instrumental in improving workflow and supporting the development and growth of our business. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This is an entry-level position that will involve being in the office 5 days a week, Monday-Friday. We are seeking an individual to support the billing and customer service departments. TASKS include but are not limited to vendor bill entry, invoicing customers, and navigating customer portals, resolving billing issues, answering phones and door, QuickBooks reports, maintaining inventory items, customer service support, procuring certificates of liability, vendor compliance agreements, assisting with sustainability, maintaining and submitting vendor and government registrations, and assisting other departments as needed. The applicant should be well organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, hardworking, have strong communication skills, creative, and willing to learn and adapt to new challenges. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an office environment, proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe PDF and QuickBooks software. Pay Range: $40,000 - $45,000 per year.
