We are looking for a Billing Assistant to support invoices, data entry, and financial tasks for airline and non-airline customers. Job Description: Billing Assistant
Compensation: $45000 Annually
Reports to: Billing Supervisor
Position Overview: Reporting to the Billing Supervisor, the Billing Assistant assists the Billing Supervisor regarding all financial inquiries for all airline and non-airline customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • The position assists the billing supervisor for invoicing all airline and non-airline customers
  • Assists billing supervisor to raise invoices and handle inquiries for all airlines
  • Performs data entry on daily basis to track billed meals/flights/revenue
  • Performs data entry on daily basis for final loadings per flight, prints and distributes associated reports
  • Combines and distributes daily and weekly sales figures to the Accounting Manager
  • Ensures that all invoices/reports are filed on a timely basis
  • Assist with internal as well as external audits
  • Performs other related duties as required by the Accounting Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Work in a deadline driven environment
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Effective problem solving skills
  • Detail orientated
  • Must be flexible with work schedule and hours and adapt to schedule changes to accommodate operational requirements.
  • Must be able to adapt to company directives and guidelines
  • Must have excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Must have a positive demeanor and be a team player
  • Able to learn different things related to works
