We’re looking for a detail-focused and proactive Billing Assistant to join the LASER Energy team. Responsibilities

As a Billing Assistant, you’ll be accountable for delivering an excellent billing experience for Fully Managed Customers by ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of billing. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, support effective energy management, and reduce billing-related risks.
What you’ll be doing

As Billing Assistant:

  • Deliver accurate billing by validating supplier billing files and resolving anomalies
  • Identify, log, and resolve supplier billing errors in a timely and transparent way
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of customer billing positions and KPIs
  • Build and maintain supplier relationships to improve billing performance
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with customers and internal teams
  • Use scorecard feedback to understand customer needs and enhance service delivery
  • Propose and implement process improvements that enhance customer experience
