Description
Responsibilities: Create and issue invoice and account statements for customers Process credit memos Receive, review, and process all account receivable documents and received payments, and prepare billing reports Collect and sort all invoices, credit, bill and other order statements Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable Manage account balance and sort out inconsistencies Send reminders for payment deadlines and contact customers or departments involved Record and update all payments made in the system used Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of the final bill Perform any other duties as may be directed by the Chief Financial Officer and the other members of the Finance team Qualifications: Graduate of BS Business Management/Administration, Commerce or any related business course Proven experience as billing clerk or in a similar role Experience in working with different stakeholders in the company Must have good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word Must have good English communication (oral and written) skills Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to multi task and deliver results with strong time management skills Must be well-organized and has keen attention to detail Able to maintain confidentiality Must be fluent in English
