Job Title: Billing Clerk Organization: Taylor Enterprises of Wi, Inc (An MRA Member) Compensation: $18-24/hour based on experience Location: Ixiona, WI Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm with 30-minute lunch We are looking for a reliable person that is interested in a billing position at Taylor Enterprises of WI, Inc. We are a small, hardworking business located in Ixonia, Wisconsin (nestled between Watertown and Oconomowoc) that is privately held, and family owned. We employ roughly 25 people and have been around for 60 years with sound management and have a commitment to excellence. We sell and service food service equipment like ice cream machines, grills, and deep fryers (just to name a few) to local and national restaurants. We are proud to say that our equipment is in various establishments around the Oconomowoc area, throughout Wisconsin and even the United States. We handle Taylor, Henny Penny, Flavor Burst, and Perfect Fry Products. Job description A Billing Clerk reads information provided by Service Technicians, enters the information into the computer to generate an invoice for our customers. Credit memorandums to indicate returned or incorrectly billed merchandise will also be created as needed. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of writing simple correspondences to customers, basic knowledge of accounting practices, the ability to answer billing related questions via phone and/or email, knowledge and experience with Database software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. (We currently use Acumatica. Some of the other programs that the Billing Clerk will use are Versae, Corrigo, Henny Penny, Taylor Atlas/AMI, Service Channel, Middleby Coffee/Concordia, Global Warranty and Parts Town Marketplace) Essential Skills Needed: Reliable, self-motivated person willing to learn new skills. Organization and attention to details are a must! Excellent communication skills. Must have the ability to work individually and as part of a team.
