We are looking for a detail-oriented AIA Billing Clerk to join our team in Indian Trail, North Carolina (primarily remote). In this role, you will manage billing processes efficiently and ensure the accuracy of financial records. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting systems and a strong commitment to providing excellent service.

• Prepare and process accurate invoices using accounting software systems.
• Ensure billing records are maintained and updated regularly.
• Handle AIA billing and manage related documentation.
• Respond to inbound calls and address billing inquiries professionally.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies in payments.
• Review and verify billing data for completeness and accuracy.
• Generate reports on billing activities and financial transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
• Assist in implementing improvements to billing processes and workflows.
• Proven experience in AIA billing or similar financial role.
• Proficiency with accounting software systems.
• Familiarity with AIA billing and related documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
