What We Need
We are looking for a Billing Customer Service Representative who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.

As the Billing Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for ensuring all customer billing questions are handled timely and efficiently so that they do not result in delinquencies.

A Day in the Life

• Responsible for servicing assigned customer accounts/portfolios
• Perform research to determine root cause of customer billing issues and correct, preventing delays in customer payments
• Supports customer and internal audits through research and timely responses to customers
• Customer first bill review – ACH set-up, W-9
• Customer invoice billing preference management (PO updates, contact updates)
• Create, receive and resolve Service Cloud Cases
• Set-up for online invoice access new clients
• Place invoices on In Dispute file and research with correct operational area on the disputed charges

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field, with B2B experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). MS Access, For Internal Candidates: GEAC, ARM, FSP systems knowledge is extremely helpful
• Data Query experience a plus

The hiring base salary range for this position is $51,800 to $71,200 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
