What you’ll do Support the operations team by ensuring billing and collections data is accurate Perform data audits to maintain up-to-date and reliable financial information. Manage customer-related processes such as payment applications, account reconciliations, and coordination with external parties as needed. Record in the books the revenue and payments from customers, guaranteeing the accuracy of the information. Provide day-to-day support to the operations team on billing and collections processes, serving as a key point of contact via email in a professional and efficient manner. Assist with additional activities within Finance Operations as required. What we’re looking for 0.6 - 3 years of experience in AP / AR or both English B2+/C1 Good at managing Excel or Google Sheet databases Great communication skills Accounting background or experience Why join us Demand for online food delivery is growing really fast!
