We’re looking for a detail-oriented, motivated, and customer-focused Billing & Collections Specialist to join our Accounting team. This critical role ensures accurate invoicing and timely collections to support the financial health of our business while providing exceptional service to our customers.

✅ Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and efficiently
✅ Verify delivery adjustments and invoice signatures for completeness
✅ Scan and maintain organized invoice records in Produce Pro
✅ Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
✅ Collaborate with Sales and Dispatch teams to resolve billing and delivery discrepancies
✅ Respond promptly to customer and internal inquiries via phone and email
✅ Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation for billing and collections
✅ Support the Accounting team with special projects and other duties as needed
