Description:
Are you a highly organised individual with experience in an accounts department, adept at closing sales orders, and possessing exceptional attention to detail in data entry? We are seeking a Billing Coordinator to join our Finance team at Banham on a 12 mth FTC.
Responsibilities:
- Be flexible, and independent able to use self-initiative aswell as being a team player
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational & communication skills
- Determined to drive revenue and push performance
- Strong general IT skills
- Knowledge of Sage X3, Sage CRM & FSM would be ideal but not essential
- MS Office Software proficient - such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.
- Web-based applications proficient, such as Zendesk, OneDrive etc.
- This is a Hybrid role working 3 days in the office and two days working from home
