Description:

Are you a highly organised individual with experience in an accounts department, adept at closing sales orders, and possessing exceptional attention to detail in data entry? Are you comfortable liaising with internal departments and individuals to confirm information, resolve issues, and improve processes? If so, we invite you to consider a career in Finance with us. We are seeking a Billing Coordinator to join our Finance team at Banham on a 12 mth FTC.

Responsibilities:

  • Be flexible, and independent able to use self-initiative aswell as being a team player
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational & communication skills
  • Determined to drive revenue and push performance
  • Strong general IT skills
  • Knowledge of Sage X3, Sage CRM & FSM would be ideal but not essential
  • MS Office Software proficient - such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.
  • Web-based applications proficient, such as Zendesk, OneDrive etc.
  • This is a Hybrid role working 3 days in the office and two days working from home
