Located 45 mins north of the GTA, in Tottenham.
For over 35 years, Country Signs has been the leader in new construction and refurbishing of gas stations across Canada. We provide a one stop shop for our customers including but not limited to, full installations, repairs, and service. We pride ourselves on doing whatever it takes to satisfy the customer with a ‘can do’ mentality. We are currently looking for a dedicated, hard-working individual to join our team and be an ambassador for Country Signs.
The “Billing Co-Ordinator” would assist the Project Manager with ensuring that all projects are invoiced correctly and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Management team with Invoicing jobs promptly upon completion or as outlined in the quote
  • File and follow up with PMs or customer on quotes as needed
  • Proactively identify and address potential billing issues to streamline the billing process and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Ensure all quotes and project details are entered into ERP accurately
  • Ensure any quote revisions are received from Project Managers
  • Work closely with Purchasing and Logistics Coordinators to ensure all Supplier Invoices are accounted for and approved
  • Compare quote to work order to ensure that the proper work is billed and that all extras are captured

Requirements for this position:

  • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Accounting and/or relevant experience..
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent math and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of SmartSheet Software
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting software Account Edge (MYOB)
  • Excellent organizational & problem-solving skills
  • Provide professional and respectful service while representing Country Signs for all communication with customers, vendors, and co-workers
