(DHi) is seeking a Billing Coordinator to manage billing operations, generate invoices, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate ensures accurate and timely billing processes. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple accounts efficiently. Key Responsibilities Generate and process invoices for clients. Ensure accuracy of billing data and account information. Track billing schedules and deadlines. Coordinate with finance and client services teams. Assist in resolving billing discrepancies. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in billing or accounts management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing software. Strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with government contracting clients. Familiarity with financial reporting and compliance processes.
