Description We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Coordinator In to join our service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, processing, and sending invoices to clients, as well providing customer service when needed. Prepare and process accurate invoices in a timely manner. Manage invoicing service calls whiten 24 hours of them being completed daily. Resolve payment discrepancies and client inquiries. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate billing information. Meet monthly invoicing deadlines and performance targets. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Requirements Training and Certification Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset What We Offer: Paid time off (PTO) and holidays.
